Day 14 of My Social Media Fast

 Day 14. Two solid weeks in. I miss seeing  several of my content creators BUT I am loving that my mind is my own. I am not making shopping choices off of someone else's opinions, likes and preferences. I am liking the extra time and energy I seem to have. Yesterday I got so much done. I started to purge and clean my closet and that felt amazing. Although I would not say that I am where I wanted to be in spending my  time with God more during this fast I am aware of Him more and my desire to hear Him. While cleaning out my closet yesterday I played worship music and while driving yesterday I left the radio off. Drove in silence. The desire to put on a podcast or to listen to music was there but I went with the quiet. I am finding more peace in my days for sure.
