Very Quick Check In

It's a busy day today. I have a hair appointment. I honestly debated cancelling due to the virus being on the rise but since my stylist was game I figured I'd stick with the plan.

I feel kind of headachy this morning. Of course my mind goes to, "Do I have coronavirus?"

I hate that.

I was due for my migraine injection so I gave that to myself this morning. I ate breakfast early s that I could take a couple of Aleve and an oral migraine medication.

I am getting ready to take a Bar Method class so I am hoping that between the food, the exercise and the meds I can knock out my headache and my concern.

That's it. Business as normal, Ha! Who am I kidding? Nothing is normal. Nothing.

But it's going to be ok. I just know it. It has to be.
